Understanding Our Users' Needs
We got up close and personal with 11 users with a mixture of locals and foreign tourists who visited museums in Singapore, and we gathered 5 key insights that led to the need of improving current experience in visiting museums, National Museum of Singapore in particular.

Ideation
Taking user needs into considerations, idea brainstorming and design studio are done to ensure that our user flow is efficient.
Wireframing and Prototyping
Lo-fi sketches of the solution is done on paper, after that prototyping is done for both Lo-fi and Hi-fi versions.
Testing and Iterations
Usability tests were conducted with 5 users, and design iterations were made to improve the app's user experience.
At the National Museum of Singapore, we took the user experience to new heights by revamping the website with a stunning landing page, introducing an interactive map for seamless navigation, simplifying ticket purchases, and enriching the visitor's journey with an intuitive itinerary planner and interactive tour guide.

Redesigned Landing Page
Through a carefully reimagined design, the Landing Page now boasts a visually captivating interface that entices visitors with a convenient "buy tickets" action, showcases the latest exhibitions, and presents a simplified menu, making it effortless for users to access key information.
Ease of Access to Interactive Maps
By integrating the Map of the museum into the main menu and incorporating it within the visitor and exhibition information, we enhance accessibility and provide visitors with a seamless navigation experience, empowering them to effortlessly explore and navigate the captivating world within the museum's walls.
Additional of "Buy Tickets" function
We have strategically placed the "Buy Tickets" option at both the main navigation header and the homepage, ensuring effortless access for tourists seeking to purchase tickets online
Additional of Itinerary Planner and Tour Guides
Visits can be tailored with the Itinerary Planner, ensuring a personalised experience. Our engaging tour guides, available in different languages, bring the exhibits to life with captivating narratives.
